This is how the same document would look if we viewed it in Internet Explorer
Internet Explorer can be used to view or test a HTML document.

Have a good look at picture 1 above. Print out this page if you are viewing it on your computer and attempt the following questions:
- Circle an opening tag. How did you know it was an opening tag?
- Locate the matching closing tag and circle it too. How did you identify it?
- What software might you use to create a HTML document?
- What software might you use to view a HTML document?
- Using a fresh piece of paper write a HTML document using your own content.
- Create the document on your computer and test it.
